Wisdom teeth post-op?!
Question: Wisdom teeth post-op!?
Hey; it has been about six days since my wisdom teeth have been removed!. I am not experiencing anymore pain but my lower left side is healing a bit slower than my lower right and upper "wounds!." Is this normal!? It isn't bleeding anymore or anything but it appears more red and "scabbed" (at least that's what it looks like)!. A couple of my stitches fell out already but haven't yet on the lower side!. I am taking penicilin (stopped taking the ibuprofen and vicodin for pain)!. Does the recovery sound normal to you or is something wrong with my lower left side!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like you are healing fine!. The tooth on that side may have been more difficult to remove, thus causing more trauma to the tissue!. Continue your antibiotics until they are completely gone & follow up w/ the oral surgeon if they sched!. a post op appt for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
