If the broken teeth still have enough structure after breaking then a common procedure known as a post and core build up + a crown may be performed if the teeth have broken below the gum line then more extensive treatment such as a crown lengthening may be needed + a post & core build up+ a crown!. Sometimes a broken tooth cannot be saved you should see your dentist asap to make sure that decay has not reoccured or to ensure that the breaks are not too far below the gumline!. If the tooth is unsavable then extraction maybe inevitable in that case implants would be your best option!. Porcelian is good for esthetics especially in the front teeth other options are full gold crowns great for posterior molars were they are less visible but stronger then procelian for chewing forces, Also there are various porcelian fused to metal crown options which many dentist use to provide stabilty and esthetics for desired looks but beware they can show wear and the metal underneath may appear as a grey line along your gumline and sometimes the porcelian can fracture off showing the metal underneath!. Anyway it looks like youll be spending alot of time and money at the dentist so find one that will discuss all of your options and has a flexible payment option!. Hope this info helps!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
