Only one cavity and I got it when I was 17!. Hopefully the only one I ever get!!! I brush twice a day!. I like soft bristle brushes but also have a medium bristle (yeah I use two different toothbrushes throughout the day, as well as two different toothpastes, usually one whitening and one enamel strengthening)!. Usually don't floss although I should start!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i have no cavities: i brush twice a day, use mouthwash, and floss everyday before bed (i have braces too)!. BTW: I'm going to be a senior in high school!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I brush 2 times a day and scrape my tongue aswell and flossing is really painful for me so i dont usually bother with flossingWww@Answer-Health@Com
