How long can you brush for?!
Question: How long can you brush for!?
Ok, last night i asked a question about a sore tooth i have!. I'm going to the dentist when i can!.!.!.just a little busy!.
Since then i realised that if i brush it it feels a lot better!.!.!.almost no pain!.
How long is it ok to keep brushing the same tooth!?!?
I heard that if you brush for too long then you can brush off the enamel which is something that i don't really want to do!.
I've taken painkillers but it still hurts and all i can think of doing is brushing it!.!.!.!.it's weird how it helps but for some reason it does!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Brush till your wrist hurts!. Try a soft brush and brush for longer than usual!. Finish with a mouthwash such as Listerine!. You can't brush off the enamel!. There is a toothbrush on the market now which beeps or lights up when you have brushed enough!.
Work out if hot or cold makes it hurt, then go see a dentist!. You are lucky if you have a dentist to go and see, many people don't have a dentist, and haven't had for years!. We are still short of dentists and of course so called NHS dentists officially do less and less!.
If the painkillers are paracetamol it's because it lowers your temperature much like taking a cold bath!. If it's codeine your taking, be careful you can get addicted to them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

be careful not to brush your gum too hard or it will recede!. Also try chewing gun on that tooth, its the pressure that's making it feel betterWww@Answer-Health@Com
2 minutes twice a day!.
