They can be, but it depends!.
If you just got your braces on, I would stay away for a few weeks!.
If you've had them for a while, then just it it in little pieces and be sure to brush when your done!. Or at least floss!.

well i have braces and i eat them so you can eat them just make sure you clean them out good!. make sure you don't eat carmel,nuts or any thing that is gooey or sticky!. If you forget and you do clean your teeth out very goo!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
