Question: How can i make my teeth white with baking soda and salt!?
How do i do thisz !? can u actually swallor baking soda [accidently when ur brushing] !? im confused so what do i do with this baking soda and salt to brush my teethWww@Answer-Health@Com

It will not taste very good, but you certainly can swallow it if you want!.!. It will end up being a cheap form of anti-acid!.!.
As far as whiting your teeth with baking soda!.!.!. Only do this a couple of times because what you are doing is using the baking soda as an abrasive!. Meaning, if you use it too much, you will wear the enamel right off your teeth!.
Af far as how!.!.!. Just put some baking soda on your tooth brush (after your teeth are brushed), and scrub them in circular motions for about a minute!.
Once again, you will find people on this forum that will say that using baking soda is the way to go, but please do not fall for this!. If you do, then you will eventually find yourself with cavities on the surface of your teeth!.

You can swallow baking soda, but the problem is that to much baking soda and salt damage your enamel on your teeth, which protects your teeth from the foods you eat!. I'm not sure how to do it but, however you do it just don't do it so often!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
well baking soda is used for cookie, so i dont think it'd be THAT bad if you swallowed it, but try not to!. What i did with baking soda was i mixed it with my toothpaste and brushed my teeth as normal, worked out fine :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
woooh first of all take it easy with the bakingsoda it not good for you teeth if you use too much!.!.!. its actually very harsh!.!.!.!. but you can try a baking soda and peroxide rinse once a week that should help even though it tastes nasty!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
