Possible wisdom tooth extraction complications?!?!?!

Question: Possible wisdom tooth extraction complications!?!!?!!?
It has been 36 hours since I had my wisdom teeth taken out!. I had all four removed after an infection was found in my lower left wisdom tooth!. I was on penicillin for 10 days before the surgery!. Afterwards I went home and followed all of my post-op instructions!. I started bleeding bad from the same area I had the infection and had to go back to the oral surgeon to have what they called a "liver clot" removed!. Luckily I was still numb from the surgery that morning and the lady "packed" something in my tooth and got the bleeding to almost completely stop with gauze!. She said I was better and it was the previous infection that probably allowed all the blood not to clot in the infection site, so I went home and things were a lot better!. Today (day 2), I started swelling from that same side!. Now, 36 hours later it hurts bad! I cant hardly open my mouth and painkillers arent working much!. When I look inside my mouth, it looks different than the rest!. Are these signs that this is a problem!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
You don't get swollen with dry sockets!. You can have pain if you have a dry socket that's true!. But since you had the 4 wisdom teeth removed at the same time it's normal to get swollen and because of that it's hard for you to open your mouth!. But anyway you should try to get in touch with your dentist at least to get a stronger pain killer prescribed!. In the meantime keep following his instructions like soft diet, your antibiotics for your previous infection, etc!. In the meantime you can try for that pain taking one Advil and one Tylenol at the same time!. It's going to have a synergistic action and the analgesic effect will be stronger than taking just one of each separately!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had multiple wisdom teeth extracted and I had swelling from the second day (once I could feel my mouth again basically)!.
You'll probably be pretty tender for the first week so don't expect the pain to instantly subside!.
Pain relief is probably needed but don't feel bad if you need to contact the dentist!. They understand!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

YES!. I would call them!. This could be lock jaw!. Or a dry socket!. I'm not a doctor and don't know what to do but call them honestly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
