Question: I lost my symetra insurance card but I need dental work!?
Can I just tell the dentist my SSN and Name and still be covered!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just call Symetra and let them know your card is gone!.!. they will replace it!. If your dental appointment is soon, ask if they can fax you a copy of it so you'll have it for your appointment!. Then they can mail it to you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
