What is the longest I can wait before having my wisdom teeth removed?!
Question: What is the longest I can wait before having my wisdom teeth removed!?
I went to the dentist back in December I believe, and looking at the xrays my wisdom teeth are at a 90 degree angle from the rest of my bottom teeth!. They didn't bother me then, except for a bit of crowding, but the gum above one of them is starting to get a bit tender!. What is the longest I can wait to get this taken care of!? I'm wondering because I'm going overseas for 3 months, and may have to wait until August!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you're starting to get tenderness i'd recomend doing it before your trip!. You don't want to be stuck overseas with a dental emergency trying to get your wisdom teeth pulled (chances are it will cost you quite a bit more as well)!
If your x-rays showed your teeth at a 90 degree angle there's really no hope of them coming in on their own!. They'll just continue to push on your other teeth and cause swelling, tenderness & pain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are plenty of people who put off getting their wisdom teeth pulled until they start to bother them!. Dentists love to make money!. Some of them will fill every single tooth that they see a little shadow on the x-rays!. If the teeth aren't bothering you, don't worry about it!. If it's just the one that's bothering you, then it's your choice to have just that one or all of them removed!. Just be aware that some people never have their wisdom teeth come in at all!. Two of mine never came through!. One I had taken care of!. The other one came through crooked, but actually straightened out by itself and it is perfectly fine, so it's still in there!. Just remember to always do what you think is best for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I just went through this with my bf!. I suggest getting them taken out, you will start getting more pain if you wait!. Since your going overseas I would do it beforehand!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
