The doctor's right!. Advil or Tylenol will help!.!.!.ask your parents if it's Ok for you to take it!. Otherwise a softer diet for the next couple of days will keep you fed!. Yogurt, soup, mac & cheese, ice cream!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It is normal for teeth to be sensitive and hurt after spacers are placed for a couple of days, just take 1 or 2 tablets of ibuprofen or tylenol every four to six hours as you need to for pain until your teeth get used to the spacersWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well, I just recently got my spacers taken out and a pallet expander put in the place of the spacers!. Spacers hurt REALLY bad at first, but once they loosen up it will feel SO much better, I promise you!. I used popsicles, or sucked on ice like on the inside of my cheek where they were at!. Otherwise just take some kind of pain killer, tylenol!? I didn't take anything so I'm not sure what works best, but it will get better! Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
