8mo teeth coming in OUT of normal order...?!

Question:

8mo teeth coming in OUT of normal order...?

I have an 8 mo son. He started teething at 3mo. He has 4 1/2 teeth right now. The "normal" order is bottom two, top two, and so on. Well my son got his bottom two, then instead of the top two- the one to the outside (right) of the top two is in. It looks weird. And now the top, front tooh right next to the "out of order" tooth is coming in.
I just want to know if this has happened to anyone else.

Thanks! i just wanted to know if any other baby has gone through the same thing- I'm not really concerned as far as "Oh my gosh his going to be abnormal for life" OR "I'm sooo worried about my baby, let me rush him to the ER"....Like I said I just wanted to know if it has happened to anyone else.
The "bulldog" thing was funny!!!

Kid's vary a ton on when and what erupts, very common in my patients. Take a look at this link http://www.ada.org/public/topics/tooth_e...
And consider taking him to the dentist for a quick check at some point. It is recommended that children see a dentist quite young in order to make sure everything is normal and also to answer any questions you might have as a parent. Most children go in at a little older age, say 2 or so (providing that haven't had any trauma) based on what I have seen in my 15 years as a hygienist. Hope that helps!
