Wisdom Teeth or Cavity!?
I woke up this morning with a horrible throbbing pain my upper left side of the jaw all the way in the back. My cheek even hurts from it. They only way to get the area to stop hurting is to put pressure on it. Ive never had a cavity before and dont know what they feel like, I also have not grown in my wisdom teeth yet. If Im standing and I stomp my left food, my back, top, left teeth ache like crazy. Yet, it doesnt hurt to chew food. It actually feels better to chew food because it puts pressure on it. Im going to o to the dentist sometime next week, but in the mean time, what do you think is wrong with my teeth?

Answers:
if you get relief by clenching the tooth ,it must be sinusitis or periodontitis.
if u r getting pain or pressure when you bend forwards or stomp its definitly sinusitis.
periodontitis is the inflamation of tooth supporting tissues.if the case is related to wisdom teeth again the symptoms of sinusitis is relevent.
in case it is a cavity in the impacted wisdom tooth you could get ear ache ,radiating pain to lower jaw etc ,it should be trobbing and agrevate with cold or hot.
if it is cavity alone with infected pulp usually you get up with pain at night.
but you have sinusitis .....
