My upper front teeth is not strait, what is the cheapest and best way to straite!

If that is the cost for a fixed wire..and u have enough space for ur tooth to be rotated back to a normal position, then see and ask for a removable appliance which will be quite cheaper..at least 50% less, if not lesser!!
this is an investment...don't go cheap on it, get braces when you can afford them.

Well if you are bothered by your teeth, just wait until you have the money. If that's not possible, it's not a big deal. Plenty of people have crooked teeth. Braces are more than just a "metal wire" and it is very expensive and they have to be maintained well.
In the US a lot of dentists offer payment plans, perhaps see if they do that there? It makes them a little more affordable.
Other than that, there really is no cheaper alternative...you could just knock out all your teeth and get dentures, but that would still cost about $2,000USD! ha ha.
