Proper way to use mouthwash?
What's the proper way to use mouthwash, do you rinse with mouthwash then rinse again with water or do you just use mouthwash and don't raise again with water?
Answers:
Rinse for about 20 seconds. If the mouthwash is strong its perfectly fine to rinse with water after. There really is no proper way. Its just your prefrence. Using water after will not reduce the affects of the mouthwash.
