White patch on tongue?
I have had a white patch on my tounge and in my mouth for at least 2 years now and the dentist wants me to have a biopsy which im having in a weeks time. I don't smoke and never have done and im 18 and im worried its mouth cancer, but wouldnt that be very rare for me to get it. I got the patches around the time i got an eating disorder, so im thinking its something to do with vitimins maybe, i also bite my mouth? i have an overbite so when i bite it catches it.

From your description, this sounds like what you would call a wart. It's probably a papilloma [non cancerous]. In any case, it's nothing to be alarmed about and the biopsey will be easier than a filling. Good luck.
