Question:

I've no lat. incisor, but the canines have occupied the space.so which type of treatment I need?

Answers:

Depending on your age, finances and patience-level there are a few answers, but you really should ask your dentist.
You could get braces and open up the spaces between the Centrals and the cuspid area, but braces are usually a two year (at least) process.
If they shave your cuspids to look like laterals you could be opening yourself to all sorts of other problems depending on how much tooth enamel they remove from the incisal edge and the facial surface. I guarantee these teeth will in the very least become more sensitive.
If there is any space what-so-ever, they also may be able to make you a flipper with the lateral incisors on it and reduce minimal amounts from the central incisors and the cuspids.
This really is a question for your dentist because you don't want to be shaving down any perfectly good teeth just for cosmetic reasons
