look I need it I've got really badly stained teeth that look gross. I've brushing twice daily and they aren't getting any better. Can a 14 year old girl get her teeth whitened?

I had that same problem. and while you can use crest white strips, (they do work) you can also use some home remedies. Such are:
1 tsp baking soda
tiny bit of salt
couple drops of white vinegar
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
baking soda and hydrogen peroxide mixed together to create a past. Put more baking soda thatn Hyd perox.
srawberries work well too, but be sure to rinse teeth after you rub it on them!
