Does any one have any ideas to keep kids to not be scared of going to the Doctor!

Does any one have any ideas to keep kids to not be scared of going to the Doctor or getting shots?
Answers:
Tell them that they go to the doctor to get well, and if they don't ever want to get well then they will not have to go to the doctor but will be sick all the time. And for the shots tell them that they are good for them, and sometimes we have to take things that hurts us for a little bit, for the better of what it can do for us. And then give them a sucker.
