There is no such product on the market for the average consumer. There are products that are available to your dentist that have fluoride, calcium hydroxide and other substances that dentists use when placing filling/build-ups and crowns that are included in the dental material they are using.
Composite fillings are tooth colored fillings with newer stronger substances in them and they are now figuring out innovative ways to add fluoride to these substances.
Fluoride has also been added to build-up materials used to restore teeth and in crown cements. These products have been around for ages and have a slow time-release affect for approx. 6 months to help strengthen teeth as well.
Fluoride in the toothpaste the dentist uses has also been around for years, but I just recently purchased a toothpaste that has a 23% better disbursement of fluoride to the teeth, so there is newer, better materials coming out all the time, they just aren't something you can go buy at the grocery store.
