Best Mouthwash??!
Question: im looking for a mouthwash that will help me with my bad breath. I've heard that listerine short term does help with your breath but you become dependant and long term affect are BAD BREATH period. i was wondering if anyone had any recomendations on mouthwash

ACT is recommended by dentists because it heals your mouth and strengthens something and whatnot
but its very medicinal. its not just a bunch of alcohol like Listerine.

Besides the commercial mouthwashes you could also try hydrogen peroxide or salt water to see if they help.
