Braces : Bottom brackets question?!
Question: Theres this tooth on the bottom in which my orthodontist puts the bracket...and i notice everytime I bite down, my upper teeth directly IMPACT that bracket, and it ends up breaking off eventually
today it broke off while brushing
last time it broke off, he didnt fix it...he told me to wait 2 months, then removed all teh bottom braces and put them all on again.
my question : have ONE of ur bottom bracekts ever broke? and if so, can he just fix ONE bracket in ONE visit? is that possible?
or does he have to fix each and every single bottom one again?

I personally never had one come off... but my friend did and they just glued the one that came off back on.. sounds like your ortho is trying to make an extra buck!
You can definitely only fix one if you want. All they do is take the wire off, replace the bracket, and put the wire back on.
