How long will it take for my teeth to get white when using baking soda and hydro!
Question: I don't know, I didn't do it a lot. It seemed to help alittle at first, though. DON'T SCRUB it on!!! Just brush like normal. I use crest pro-health, and it works better than soda and peroxide, though it is more expensive. Peroxide makes a better mouth wash (it'll make you puke if you swallow). Also, toothpaste has flouride in it, which helps the enamel on your teeth.
