i have got severe toothe ache due to wisdoms coming in!! (i dont feel very wise tho'), i ve been taking paracetamol and ibuprofen, however i now need something stronger!!! just untill my appointment in a few days! plz it's bloody killing me!!

As a dentist I recommend that if your tooth is hurting this severely then you may need to visit your local ER or try calling your dentist for an emergency appointment. Ibuprofen (Motrin) is the best over the counter pain reliever for dental pain. Also try using a COLD compress to help relieve pain.
