for me it was more tight then pain. th first day its hard to chew. After tht, it smooth sailin'
Nope, no headgear. But people who have headgear only usually wear it at home and at nightime.
(This is true for ANY brace)- It doesn't hurt imediately when you get it. After a few hours a throbbing comes and a little discomfort. Painkillers usually help, but it doen't seem to "hurt" unless you bite down suddenly- (e.g. on hard foods. You should stick to soft foods for a while.)
tHis only lasts for a few days, and then the brace is totally unobtrusive (nothing hardly felt) until it's next tightened.

I agree with chloe, except it will hurt if u get it tightened like when u first get them
no and braces hurt like getting your leg ripped completely off by a mutated savage aligator over and over and over
I just had rubber bands and those hurt alot.
