Question: I'm gett a tooth uncovered in my gum and they said I could take Valium if I wanted to...I know it relaxes you but some people say it makes you fell "loopy"
How does it REALLY make people fell...and should I take it if i'm not that scared but I don't want to be freaked out during the surgery?

Unless you know how you personally react to Valium, I would not experiment with it at this time. You may find you have a reaction to it that is unexpected, and then what? For me, it does absolutely nothing -- no reaction at all, but it does not help my nerves, either. I assume that you are getting Novacaine for the procedure, so you may just want to deal with it that way.
Avoid prescription pain killers at all cost as they tend to be highly addictive
