well i get this white bumps on my tongue every so often i brush my teeth night and day does anybody know what they are?

well... if they are on the sides of your tongue i get them too. they are like kinda like blisters from annoying your tongue... i dont grind my teeth i slide my tongue on them harshly and get blister like things... it sucks.... i dont knwo how to fix it i just started to wear retainers at night from when i had braces
