Can you use the whole box of crest white strips in one day? Is it safe? And is it as effective?

will they work as good in one day and are they safe? do not say that they don't work because i have used them before and they work great for me. the QUESTION is...will they work if all done in one day? because i have not done it that way before

I wouldn't recommend using them all in one day since you could get some considerable sensitivity as a result. If you want them to work best have a professional cleaning first to remove stain, plaque and tartar that will block them from working best. If this isn't an option use them 2 times a day at 30 minutes each back to back. Use one set for 30 minutes, wipe the teeth off and then do it again. Don't brush before or in between treatments since this will coat the teeth and lessen their effectiveness AND don't drink anything dark (cola, tea, coffee, or red wine) for 30 minutes to an hour after you are done. If you are trying to look whiter quick, use a darker lipstick - I think Sephora even sells one that they say makes your teeth look whiter - Hope that helps!
