Braun Oral-B 7000-Series through 9000-Series electric toothbrush are completely sealed. They are very good.
Interplak is sealed also. That was my first. Kind of noisy.
Philips SoniCare is also sealed. I didn't like it because it took too long to remove plaque. Good at whitening and removing coffee stains.
I have only tried the expensive ones which are all waterproof and recharges by "induction" (that is sitting in a non-contact charger).
I have a Braun 3D and use it in the shower. It's been going strong for 5+ years.
The old fashion way is the best way.
i have that toothbrush and it works, i have dropped it in water and then it stopped working and all i did was took out the batteries and left it open and let it dry out over night and then put NEW batteries in it and it worked but i have dropped it since then and it stilled worked. maybe that is just cuz i didnt drop it in a sink filled with water.
I'd suggest a Sonicare, not sure if it's waterproof or not...
I think it is, should be anyway.
