Wisdom Teeth?

I know this type of question has been posted #@!%!@#% times..

But i just thought there might be new'er answers or updated answers.

I went to the dentist yesterday to have mine checked. Photo'ed.
There's four of them showing.
Two below's growing the WRONG way.
Two above's OK i guess.
But the pain is one of the teeth above.

How do people get over it?!?! I mean, when i eat, it HURTS so much that i can't even finish my food.
I tried pain killers, but its not helping at all.

any suggestions that i can do?!?!

Get them pulled immediately. Don't wait any longer if your in that much pain. Or at least get the one that is hurting pulled, but it is easier to have all four pulled in one operation. If painkillers (vicodin or percocet) didn't help then you really need to have them out now.
