I just swallowed some toothpaste, (A little bit.) Should I just drink water to flush it out of my system, or should I call theposion control system, it was only a little bit

Several months ago, my toddler son did the same thing. I called poison control because I was concerned. They said to eat something that has calcium in it like Tums. This "binds" all the bad stuff.
