definitely! i had mine done (all 4) about three months ago and i was fine after about a day and a half. the only bummer is not being able to eat solid foods, other than that youll be fine.

I only had two and they pulled them both i was fine the next day everyone is different.. do it on a friday...

depends on you and any poss complications

I had mine out on Thursday afternoon, was back to work on Monday.

I had mine done on Saturday morning and was back to work on Monday.

Should be. I had two pulled and went straight on to work.

it should be enough, i had one of mine pulled and went back the next day

I had all four pulled at noon on a Wednesday, back to work Thursday morning.

I did it over spring break last year and I was really okay after two days.

Remember it depends on your age... the younger you are the easier and painless it will be. The older the harder and more pain.

Take at least 3 days off to be on the safe side. And pray you don't get dry socket.

I had one pulled and other than being scared to eat for fear of pulling the stitches out, I did great. No pain here! However I had my other side of the mouth to eat soft food... you won't be this lucky and will not be able to eat...

None!!! People are getting so wimpy!!

I got 4 out and that night I ate a hamburger. It is an individual thing take a couple of days off and if you still don't feel good take more off.

None. I had mine out. No big deal. Stop looking for a reason not to go to work. There is none.

you might need an extra day or two...it depends on the person, the surgery, your tolerance for pain & healing speed. play it by ear & don't rush back to work -- you'll feel awful. fyi, didn't get mine removed all at once -- different times for 3 different teeth (no 4th one was present - no roots! lucky me).
the one impaction i had was the most painful & disrupting. my face was also swollen for a few days..ouch.

That is enough

I had all four wisdom teeth removed under general anaesthetic so obviously was no good for anything that day. Good nights sleep and was up at 7 o'clock the next morning, well-wrapped up, on the back of a trailer being towed by a tractor feeding out hay to cattle. There was a lot of swelling, a little pain controlled by pain-killers, but certainly I was not incapacitated in anyway.

Have your teeth out on Friday, relax over the weekend and back to work on Monday.

It all depends on what kind of person you are. I had all 4 wisdom teeth pulled and had to take care of a barn full of horses that night (Feeding and cleaning stalls) and had to continue taking care of the horses to include riding for a week. I think the activity some how helped me not have to sit down and think about the pain and I didn't use much of the pain meds I was prescribed. That being said I do have quite a high pain tolerance and I did look like a chipmunk for a good week. I'm not sure i would have wanted to go to a real job with all the swelling. I was also very religious about using cold packs to reduce the swelling.

I think the weekend is plenty of rest for the initial pain but eating may still be a little difficult, perhaps talking and there will be swelling.

I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled at once. All of mine were "impacted" so they had to dig under the gums to get them out. I didn't go back to work the next day because of the bleeding, pain and the effects of the painkillers. Also, there wasn't much that I could eat. But by the second day I felt a lot better. There was still pain and bleeding, but not enough to keep me at home. If you rest over the weekend you should be fine by Monday morning.

I had mine pulled and was back at work the next day. I didn't have the option to take off but glad because I didn't hurt as bad as I thought I would
