I have had my braces on for only 3weeks?!

Question: Should my teeth be feeling loose ? Like when you have a loose tooth, it feels really weird when I bite as well. Does this mean the teeth are shifting and what I'm feeling is the results?

Yes, sometimes the teeth will feel a bit loose. I think you've intuitively gotten a pretty good idea of what is going on.
If you're concerned, have your orthodontist check the tooth mobility next time you go. But I'd bet you're just fine.

some times it will cuase myour teeth are still getting use to the braces and staiting i had them from 2 to 5th grade and now agan i hope this helps
