How do orthodontist fix a open bite?!
Question: I believe thats what its called its kinda when i put my teeth together and my back teeth dont touch. Well anyways i didnt have this before i got my braces and i have i thing called a platform on the bottom of my two front teeth [[ its to fix my overbite ]] i was just wondering how they fix a open bite?
a tid bit of info i had my braces on for about a month now my teeth are pretty straight already. all they really needed to fix was my overbite and a wee bit of crowding on my bottom teeth.

They can fix an open bite just with regular braces. I have one as well and am getting ready to have braces put on to fix it. It is done with braces just like other bite/teeth problems, but it can tend to me one of the more trickier problems to fix, which basically just means that it might take slightly more time, that's all.
