Can I get a bridge a couple of years after I get a tooth removed?!

Question: I have already had one tooth pulled on my upper right side about 10 years ago, now I need the one next to that space pulled. Can I get a bridge a few years down the road put there, will it be difficult to do?

as long as the span is not too long and the other teeth have not drifted too much, a bridge can be made.
