I got braces for this when i was 14 and it cost about $1500 with insurance but only small monthly payments...

Also, your teeth are probably grinded down some so they would have to add on to your teeth be that the case (which it is 70% of the time) and the cost of that varies depending on the amount they have to add on to your teeth.

If you really don't want braces, you could get "invisiline" which is pretty costly or simply get a retainer to wear at home and whatnot if your overbite isn't that bad.

Alternative cheap method for hiding overbite = Get a Grill.

they have molds to put in your mouth to correct this

You go to the orthodontist to get braces to fix overbite sometimes

braces and if that doesnt do it then surgery

ask a orthodontist...

you just get braces i think u wear them for about a year
and it costs alot of money idk if insurance will cover it.

i have braces that fixed my problem, i dont have croooked teeth though. it coasts alot.

i didn't have crooked teeth but i had an overbite. i had braces for about 16 months. to get rid of the overbite, i had to use rubber bands.

It would be best if you had a consultation with an orthodontist. Braces can solve some problems, but if jaw surgery is required, there would be other problems underlying with the underbite. Hope this helps. ;)

the sooner the better go see an ortho

braces :]
hope this helps.
talk to a dentist or orthidontist.
^i spelt that wrong :[

BRACES, sorry you probably don't want to hear that but yeah that's what it will take

Can't; permanent nothing nada zip zilch. I've got one too but I don't see why its such a big deal. Until dental surgery improves your stuck with it.

well, the dentist would help. they might give you braces, a wire, or maybe even just a retainer. The time and cost will vary depending on which treatment they use and on your insurance company.

The best bet would be to get braces. They don't just straighten teeth, they can also align them so you don't have an overbite.

You can also get veniers, which cover your teeth. However, I think these are more geared towards crooked and/or chipped teeth-- but I'm no expert, so maybe they can be used for overbites too.

I honestly don't know how much it would cost, but you can talk to your dentist about seeing an orthodontist, and they can give you an exact estimate about how much.

Braces or a retainer-----there is also a clear plate system now that can correct your bite
