I brush with baking soda. It is just abrasive enough to take off the ick. First put on tooth paste and then press it into a small bowl (I use a little Tupperware in the bathroom) of baking soda. It does an amazing job. Your teeth will be so slick. So this is one way to help remove staining.

I also use HYDROGEN PEROXIDE. To brush with and as a mouth wash for any oral sensitivity. For Canker sores, tender gums after flossing, fever blisters, or should you bite your tongue or cheek. It is a very rapid pain killer.

Do both of these a few times a week.

It keeps your gums VERY healthy and heals things quickly and also WHITENS,,, Peroxide,,,, think about it. Do not swollow it, I got an upset stomach when I accidentally did it.

crest whiting strips. or brush your teeth!!

Brushing your teeth with Baking Soda. This has been done for several centuries to clean your teeth.

White out works really well.

baking soda... it works

Baking Soda

Baking soda daily

baking soda , salt , peroxide...thats what i use !!!

ya ... its called "brushing" them

Baking soda and peroxide. Mix together to make a toothpaste.

Uhhh
wasn't it like brush your teeth with salt or baking soda or something?

My grandfather brushed his teeth with salt and never had a cavity. :]

mashed up strawberries just rub them on and let it sit for a few then rinse off. It takes a few times but it works.

My grandma says rub charcoal on them... I don't know, might work

brush your teeth with baking soda, and rinse with a peroxide mixture.

If I remember right my grandma used baking soda

baking soda...brush with it, but it is abrasive, so don't use it for extended periods of time

baking soda. but too much use can cut your gums and that hurts badly

Brush with baking soda and who in the world puts white out on there teeth!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Mix 1 part mouth wash with 2 parts peroxide...(mouthwash is more for taste than anything)..do this every day at least once or twice a day. Not only does it kill off any germs in the mouth, but it really starts to whiten your teeth too. I'm an avid coffee drinker, and you can't tell.

The peroxide mixture may burn a couple times, but that is just because you may have a good amount of stuff built up inside your mouth. It goes away after the first few times.

Try Whitening for trainers
(only put it on once a day)

the only way to whiten teeth is using mouthwash and brand toothpaste like colgate. and brush for 5min

Gargle peroxide, I had a friend that did it and after doing it like every night for 2 weeks his teeth were a lot whiter, but whatever you do DON'T SWALLOW :) and I hear it tastes really bad.

baking soda but not with peroxide unless its a very weak solution as you could burn the inside of you mouth

Baking soda

TEETH PAINTING WAS VERY POPULAR AROUND 1890.

I was told to use peroxide on you toothbrush but don't use it too often it will eventually hurt your teeth.
