Question: I get a palatal expander? I get braces in 6 days and I saw someone who has to get a palatal expander and I was thinking will I have that? I just have a gap, my teeth has to be extracted, and I have a overbite noticable on a X ray (i didnt even know after all these years! lol) What does that do? I dont want it

You need to talk with your parents and also with your orthodontist to find out more about what is going to happen. If you don't ask, the doctor will not know that you have questions.
