Usually Tylenol3 for pain and rinsing with warm salt water.
Avoid chewing on the area, pain control as directed by dentist, warm salt water rinses, warm moist cloth to outside of jaw for discomfort........
bite on gauze until bleeding stops
starting the day after extraction, warm salty water rinses to bathe the extraction site
take 600 - 800 mgs of ibuprofen every 4 - 6 hrs as need for pain
Eat as much lemon ice, take the painkillers that your dentist gave you and you will be just fine.
As well, when sleeping use more pillows in order to have your head almost as if you were sleeping, to let heal the wound NOT FLAT for your own good.
