I get my braces off on Saturday and I'm scared that I haven't brushed my teeth well enough. Help?!?

Can those little spots be whitened out of your teeth if you haven't brushed your teeth twice a day every day? Does it look really bad if you have those spots or is it barely noticable?


Answers:

If you have little dark spots, it could very well be cavities. Just discoloration can be bleached out, but discoloration normally isn't little spots. Some discoloration can barely be noticed, it depends on how dark it is. Just ask your ortho about them and have it taken care of.
