Question: Can you still be healthy and fit if your only vice is two cigarettes a day?
I eat healthy, go to the gym at least six times a week doing both cardio and weights, drink lots of water. But I have about 2-3 cigarettes a day - especially one at night if I feel tempted to eat something sweet. Can you still be fit and healthy? I know it's incredibly bad for you, but it makes me feel better than eating certain foods. Thanks.

I'm sure your healthy. I recumbent quitting hough. I do the same thing, work out and smoke when I'm tempted to eat snacky foods. get some grapes or fruit to eat at night instead of cuffs. Or make some hot chocolate.
