Question: How to tone arms (asap)?????????
Hey I have a little extra fat on my arms and I wanna get rid of that and build up a little muscle. How would I go about doing that? Once I build up a little I can move onto weights. I don't wanna over do it yet!! Any tips?? for example,,, push ups? how many push ups a day should I do to start seeing results in a shorter amount of time??? thanks!! Btw I'm 16

Might want to hit up some cardio if your trying to lose fat. On top of that maybe starting off with around 30-40 pushups every night or however many you can do now adding on 5 to your total every week would be a good start.
Shake weight?
