Start working out EVERYDAY.
eat healthier choices and smaller portions.
I eat breakfast lunch and dinner and a snack n thats all. Try not to eat anything after 8.
For breakfast just a bowl of cereal or oatmeal is good.
Lunch, i eat a granola bar with yogurt
and dinner, if you wanna be healthy a salad or look up some recipes.
and drink 8 glasses of water! it keeps you full when your hungry sometimes.
When you workout you have to do cardio and muscle.
For cardio, you can try going jogging for atleast 20 minits everyday. helps ALOT. You can also look up some good cardio workouts online.
For muscle, look up workouts for your abs, arms, thighs, calf's, etc.
The most important part to me, is eating right and only eating those meals and nothing else.
My friend just ate like that and lost 30 pounds in like 5 months. Just eating like that and not work outing
