I needed to lose weight a few years ago. I was walking for 30 minutes every day, and ate the following:
1 100 calorie granola bar and a piece of fruit, or 2 eggs and 2 pieces of bacon and a piece of fruit for breakfast
1 salad with vegetables and sometimes canned tuna and low fat italian dressing for lunch
1 piece of frozen fish and a huge amount of vegetables for dinner
1 100 calorie treat for desert
I drank a ton of water and diet soda, and if I snacked it was only on fruits and vegetables
I lost 2 pounds every day starting from day 1
Also, 5 family members of mine did the low carb diet. They lost a ton of weight. I do not know the details about that diet, but I know you can look some things up online.
I would suggest trying my diet first.
