As for the food, try making healthy swaps, like fruit and yogurt for ice cream, oatmeal for sugary cereal, whole wheat bread for white, etc. Eat as many fruits and vegetables as you want, and don't try to restrict your intake. Also make sure to get plenty of protein from foods like lean meats, beans, peanut butter and hummus - that will help you build muscle. In the way of exercise, squats and lunges are great for your legs. I don't know how old you are, but if you're over 18 or your doctor approves it, you can do them with weights for faster results. Make sure you do them with good form though or you could hurt your knees, go on Youtube to check if you're not sure how to do them right. Biking and running are also good for your legs. Edit-- okay, I see you're 15 in June, in that case don't use weights unless you ask your doctor first! :)
Trampolining is really good for the legs i've got a mini indoor one and its really good!!
Also try and walk more, so if you get offered a lift or whatever, walk instead.
Just little things, and don't over do them, but they help.
