DONT EAT THE YOLK EVERYDAY. you will get high cholesteral. this is very very bad. its the WHITE that has the protein!! you want the WHITE not the yolk!
breakfast- should be bigger. try having your WHITE, but have it with some whole grain bread, and some jam and cottage cheese. or you can try some cereal and milk-- its what i have:)
lunch- its a perfect diet. include some veggie sticks as snacks
snack (after school/work)- try having some fruits and some yogurt
dinner- whatever you have. i usually like different things for dinner-- something like some chicken breast, veggies and pasta or brown rice. i like aBALANCE of food in my diet.
if you get hungry at night, have a few crackers, and a cup of warm milk. either that or have some cottage cheese and some fruits/veggies.

i forgot to mention DONT CUT ANYTHING OUT!! thats what people do, and gain all the weight back or dont lose any to start with. but here are some foods you should Nnot eat.
soda.
diet soda
raw sugar-- some is OK on fruits... but dont put a whole tablespoon. too much is bad.
here are ""replacable"" foods
pizza-- unless its homemade
chips-eat veggies chips of popcorn instead
chocolate- dark would be best, its good for you
ice cream- low fat ice cream or frozen yogurt
cookies and treats-100 calorie snack packs or reduced fat cookies

I'll help you out... I used too have the same dilemma. Eat 5 or 6 small meals a day to keep your metabolism constantly burning fat. Egg yolks(yellow part) are extremely unhealthy for you... They contain 213 mg of cholesterol a piece so QUIT EATING THEM. Start eating foods that have lots of protein, vitamins, and healthy non saturated fats. I'd you do that and also mix in cardiovascular exercise(minimum of 30 minutes of running per day) you will see awesome results, extremely soon:)
