Question: I had too much sugar?!?
I am trying to get back in shape for the summer (going to the beach in a month!) and I have been working out and eating healthy but today and Wednesday, I had too much sugar and I was wondering if there was anything I could do so that it doesn't ruin my hardwork. Anyone have any "damage control" tips? Thanks

If you ate too much sugar you should have a temporary boost in energy... Go get in about a half hour of solid cardio (its longer than you think)
You will burn 300-400 calories and you will feel much better about yourself ;)
