Question: Has anyone lost weight just from eating healthier?
I dont want any answers saying you have to excersize because that is not the point of my question.
Example:
My BMR is 1300.
If I ate 800
My caloric intake for the day is -500
Theoretically I should have burned 3500 calories in 7 days
ANY ONE KNOW THIS FROM EXPERIENCE?
Answers:
You can't eat 800 calories? that's like 2 meals a day. You can NEVER go under 1200 calories, you'll be in risk for eating disorders, anemia, bulimia,BED,anorexia nervosa, practically everything bad! oh and depression!!
If you eat 1200 and burn off 500 by EXERCISE. Then you'll be fine.
