If your beginning, then start out with just the bar. I know it sounds too light, but once you master your form you could probably do up to 115 if you have good testosterone and strength genes. Trust me, start out small, and gradually go bigger. If you start out big, you could seriously hurt yourself. Good luck!
what do u lift now? lift how u normally do in the gym, and if u feel its not enough increase the weights to where u feel sore the next day. thats how i make sure i pushing myself enough weight wise. it is all about progress
