How many calories have I eaten?!
Question: How many calories have I eaten?
Can someone give me a rough idea of the amount of calories I've eaten, I've been doing weight watchers for a week now, my daily allowance is 29 points and I've been eating about 25-27 but I havn't lost any weight this week. I've only been doing light exercise like walking as it's only week one but I thought I would have lost at least 1lb. Here's what I've been eating in a typical day
Breakfast- 6 tbsp special k with 1/4 pint skimmed milk and a banana
Lunch- Chicken salad (made with 1/2 chicken skinless thigh, handful lettuce, 10cm cucumber, 4 radishes, 1 tomato, 1 tbsp sunflower seeds, 1 tbsp low fat ceasar salad dressing)
1 activia fat free yoghurt
Snack - 1 Light alpen bar
Tea- Jacket potato, 1/2 skinless chicken thigh, 1 tbsp salsa, handful lettuce.
Can someone give me an estimate of the amount of calories a day this is?

Sounds like a good daily allotment but if you exercise more than walking you will lose quicker.

I'd say about 1800 calories
