Replace junk snacks with healthy ones (give them to friends/hide & buy healthy snacks) Celery is a good one! Go for a short run everyday. Find something good to lift or buy 1 or 2 weight. Try curls, squats, etc. Eat more veggies & fruit, eat less meat or none. Eat plenty of fish & chicken (NOT FRIED!!!).
An idea weight for you would be 88-94lbs. Don't get obsessed!

jog in place a lot. try to play hard in p.e. limit snacking. trust me. i am at the same situation. only i am not 4 foot 9, i am five foot 4.
i wiegh 80 and im 12 i lost 8 pounds for not eating 2 days or 3 days and im 4 foot 10 but i didnt eat cause i was sick =)
